Obviously its good stuff! :D ok la, not self-praising :P i'm so happy it turned out the way it is! that's why its not stone scone but superb scones! kekekek.. i think its cause of the failure of my meringue yesterday :( oh well, i'll try that another day. new day, new experiment indeed! its like my own little classroom! :) can't wait to start the real class @ real environment tho! hehe. April, im looking forward to your arrival!

all you need for this superb cheese scones are 250g self-raising flour, 3oz butter (duh!), a pinch of salt, an egg, milk & cheese*optional* u can put choco chips, sun dried tomato or whatever! mix all till combine to a dough!
because i do not own a camera just yet (hopefully because of this, the parents will get me one XD), therefore when only the camera arrived, i had the chance to snap a pic or two.

ohh, can u see the oozing of cheese :P

Well, last friday, the girls & i had a fun time making & experimenting with sushiii :P Like obviously, i did all the prep work n stuff, to make it easier for all parties XD
i on the other hand, couldn't resist the smell o the sushi, & hence made a roll for myself to start off without them. they were 'fashionably LATE!' lol
moving on.. we started the journey of SUSHI!!!
what this involves are: jap rice, jap cucumber sliced into long thin strips*,carrot sliced*,fish egg*,egg*,corn*,mayo* .. etc
*optional! have fun with sushi thts all i can say! :P

Ok so i decided to move the lazy butt of mine & 'explored' the kitchen. i have pledge to be like Julie in Julie&Julia. The one who's inspired to make new dishes by the ancient Julia & sets a target to do so. Awesome much? Let's hope it works out :P excited much.

Well, today marks the first day, therefore 1st dish. i wouldn't call it a dish, more like dessert. who cares. it's eatable anyways HAHA! well, but of course with my sometimes laziness, i think ill not cook/bake everyday. i have a life OK! XD let's be positive, shalln't we?

It's round, green n CUTE! its d famous onde-onde :) i've tried it once, but it was a total failure, i guess practice makes perfect aye?
it's really really easy to make, just like making the dough for tong yuan, the one u eat when its full moon i think end of the year one :P! u need tepung gandum, pandan juice, santan & pinch of salt. & gula melaka for the inside.

i figured something out,
when u dwell onto something so very much, everything that revolves arnd you doesn't seem to interest you so much anymore.

life seems so blend nowadays, prolly because my hols are too long & i'm thinking too much. that's wht u do whttttt, when u have all the free time in the world, u'll just sit dwn n think & think & think & think.. till you wanna kill urself XD well, tht's me. lol!
Well, life always seem to amaze me! =o) guess, we all have to stand strong n we'll pull thru..

Well, to start off, I really had an AWESOME time in penang! :D I shud also thank Tan Calson for constantly reminding me to submit the essay :P Though I think that its really by prayer & God’s blessings that I got accepted, cause I only got to knew of my acceptance only a week before the camp, tht explains why the others had knew each other before hand.

The journey begin with Calson driving me to the airport, of course with his parents in the car too! :P We took off @ 6.55 & reached Penang insanely early! We were the first to reach the hotel, with unknown ppl. IT felt like AMAZING RACE, sleeping in the reception area, waiting for the doors to be open XD

It started with d warming UP sessions.. & everything got rolling. Humans/fellow brats kept flowing into the hall. And, there.. there’s where everything begins..

From my point of view, i got to learn so much from this, I ber everyone did too! :D I din know taking a pic would involve so many things to be considered into :S there’s so many types of essays. Because I was the photographer, I din had the chance to interview many ppl, therefore I did the videos instead. Interviewing people only sounds FUN, but it’ll all come crashing down once we stumble on our words, tht’s wht I learned. well, I shall just stick to my cooking/baking :P We’ve got closer as a team, all the up&downs. Worrying sick, sneaking out.. oh, it was all worth it. the fact tht my whole left cheek was bengkak, made it even more memorable. but just not the pics >=)

Friends that were made there will remain! Now, I got friends from all over M’sia :P hehehehe.. next time I can come crashing @ your places. Lolls! They are one bunch of crazy people, just like me! ahhhhh..
everything came to an end. all the hustle, practices, ups and downs, body aches and it goes on and on. SAD though that it ended so fast. 3 months, less than 40days till trials. and im on the net, kill me someone.

Let me seee, i've been busy the past weekends, i dunno how in the world i manage to pull through. it's crazyy. But worth it though. Hari Keluarga just ended! we've got the highest record! woots! Of course la, although there's always disagreements or some lazy people, that's because we're a family and families are not always happy jolly people all the time. That's why we're SIGMA. look@ all the dead tired faces, but still putting up a smile :D awww. loves

really really thank god that everything went well and smooth and also the class shirt cane out in time*pheww*, exp some part where we ran out of ice, blenders were giving out smoke :S (overheated) ; but it's working *phew* if not mom's going to slaughter me, and standing the whole time :S super duper tiring! and MOST of us only had time for ourselves at the end of everything, where we go simply spending our coupons. Doing and buying stupid stuffs! like sand art :p To sum it all up, last practice for comp was awesome! dunno where all the energy suddely came bursting from. And ended to night with Talent Quest finale, where my boy got last. it's alright, just thank god u made it to the finals ;) so so proud of u lah woots

The following morning, i had a mini comp, mind u its competition not computer :p i had tons of fun, just that the waiting bore us till all wanna die. Most of us were dying of hungerrr OMG! but i met so many new ppl and faces. love this type of things, u get to extend ur social circle :pwe had no space, we were forced to sit on the floorthe proud family :P

anywhos, big who ha, i got 1st. blek, just a mini comp ok. no big deal.

ahhhhhhh, i miss those time.
having rally tmr tho, looking forward to it :D for this is my last event for myself, then it'll be study study study and dieee. whoops missed out one more,next week, destination:SINGAPORE!!!! my first time ever there, ok la, i've only been to the airport :P exciting gila! den only hardcore study :P till we meet again.

...the holidays

oh wells, i had an awesome-ness, kick ass holiday. Not rotting on the couch nor sleeping all day long. i had fun packed activities, i still did attend tuitions in the first week :P

It was a productive holiday indeed.

Kick started it with tuition, oh what a bummer! haha!

den *cheng cheng cheng*.. CLIOD (college life in one day) =)
i went for the culinary arts.. hmmm, considering cooking all day and studying bout food. i might wanna rethink taking the course. still undecided, mom ask me to be a nutritionist. but but but my bio is pretty lousy. this term lagi dun need to say.. ahhh!

But i enjoy making pizza. haha! watching the dough rise like crazy. putting all the toppings i can find. cooking. ahh, heaven. if only we were given the chance to bake a cake or biscuit, then it'll be fantastic! :D

, was a different experience altogether. All the late nights, meeting after meeting, truly i've learned a whole lot. Instead of being treated, i treated others. U know, those things when u grow, you learn, then u apply. Truly truly very very thankful for everything. Although, i must admit, i went there expecting nothing cause i think i was to caught up with i dunno what. But God works miracles ;)

Oh, din even had the time to snap pics. because we were busy packing up, and once everything was done, everyone was up on the bus. haha! oh well, going to bug those photographers for pics :D

the past month.. or rather the past few weeks has been pretty interesting. been so busy that i think i haven even come on cyberspace. the cause: school, school, study?, meetings, running errands, new things came, swimming!, tuitions, baking :D .. feel like i had no time for myself, feel like im slacking.
This week, going to be more filled i guess. STUdying will the main focus. (i need some pushing..)

On the other hand, i learned too, while going thru all those..
there's always a first for everything, ahh! i just embarrassed myself last week :( i miss everyone, feels like i've been too occupied with my own land.
and and people are diff, some just has too much to say while some just stay silent. while sometimes, we just go with the flow.

ahhh! and i so hate this! y must it always happen. isit just to me or wht! ill be away in dec for home saty and it crashes with the big P. bahs! hate it. oh wells, i think better take the opportunity going away *winks* u'll know in dec, is so much more worth it than that big event, just one day and waste of money.*ok, just making myself feel better* =P but seriously, truth is just one day or 9. which will u pick?

the fun, the joy, the friendship

back.

camp was awesome. although we didn't know what to expect.
and i was yet again a partial camper. cause of a 15min exam. grrss
cause i didn't expect much as i've been lacking...
it's a 180degree change. so diff than the usual ones.
the 'connect-ors' was good in some way. some of it hit me, while some can be applied into life.
the one and only game was rather interesting.
i learned a lot.
"all the tears will soon turn into joy"
patience & surrender.
& I'm happy to say, i achieved something. i exploded! this time with no help from trainer nor fellow trainees. just me alone with someone by my side. scary? YES it was definitely. i missed out verses but oh well. at least they understood *phew*, we rejoiced. & 2 got saved! :D

i also manage to bond with my fellow members. got to know them better. it was definitely a good thing, while the one i got the closest to going to leave to another cg oh wells.

okay, suppose to be 'saving' up energy for camp. haha, instead im using all up just before it. wooooo, but i still get a day off from camp, cause of exam that-i-wish-so-not-fall-on-the-same-day. grrss, oh wells.

well, most of u shud know the happiness/good news

# so, camp. not any ordinary camp, youth camp. registration was open & everyone was excited, so us thought we could go cause it was an every year event. but who knew, the shocker was that the mom didn't allow us. so us asked all the wh-'s, *p/s:the dad almost let.but oh wells* well usus didn't bother much till earlybird was almost coming to an end. AHH, one of the us decided to ask to try luck, but still didn't work, instead the mom asked to write an essay on why is it so important for us to go for the camp. bad became worst, the mom start babbling on 'i know...but sacrifice this time la...going...oso d' us said they'll pay themselve, but still a big fat NO! told the friends, and it spread, they prayed, good enough. us always waited till the right time to ask but still nooooooo..

On the verge of giving up, church members hadn't given up yet. their faith was still stronger than ever. one of the us still had tiny bit of faith. so when it was coming to an end of the registration, tht saturday itself, after yf. us planned to ask during dinner time and to act angelic the whole way through HAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHA! we ate, one asked, one smiled, one agreed. miracles of all miracles, the mom never said no, instead she nvr said anything. the other brother helped, we planed :D our agreement: for him,no using computer too long,for assignments only; for her,no shopping/going out?nightmare.*ill be good girl :D*HAHAH!or rather spend money wisely.

Us gave the form and it was left there. the mom signed. like finallyyyyyyyy. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. she asked us to pay ourselve, one of the us asked to donate some. nothing happened yet, still waiting. but really really happy.

anyways, last but not least. thank u all who prayed and belived and had faith and telling me tht it can be happened when everything seemed impossible. cause all things are possible to him who belives # Nevertheless,

all in all, All glory goes to the Almighty One above =)
p/s: ill be going to *dreamland* for a month. someone says no wonder the mom doesn't allow. good pointer tho. i nvr thot of all the pointers she gave HAHAH! but oh wells, im goinggggggg =P weeee, hehehheeeeeee

Half way thru, the chicken weren't cooking, everyone was hungry so they decided to fry it. so we only bbq-ed the sosages, chicken balls, prawns and bun. better than ntg.

Sales started at 9am.
i was there @ 8am. coolness, the whole place was EMPTY! only those yep-ians were there faithfully setting up respective stalls. just look at the above pic. Anyhows, i was on duty for 1st shift, i was practically there the whole day la.
zombies. who wake up and has to work. :P
almost the whole group with VIP's and our products.
i was faithfully doing my work and serving my first&small customer. hehe

And when my shift was over, i walked around the place

Then we a few of us headed for lunch. .

i've finally decided to post up. its about 1 week now since it SC08. heheheh..
Well it was basically plain fun,HARDWORK, teamwork, cooperation and the list goes on and on... It was definitely an experience since i know nuts bout shares.

before even starting the first day, someone's already sleepy..

First day was basically just introduction to everything, a whole new world. time to put those business thinking caps on!

When I was in camp, I received a call. And to my amaze. I won a pair of tickets. Wooooooo. . *jumps for joy* Anywho, I shared the joy with my fellow friends. HAHAHAHAHA. .

WELL, the day finally arrived. Reached there, and *jaw drops* “ WHY ALL ADULTS ONE???” well, being me, just didn’t bother. I got my book and waited. Ohs, there was a 18-year-old girl too. That makes me the YOUNGEST there. Woots!

FOOD. I love love love love the beef one and the tong yuan(so fine). Slurpsssssssssssssssss.. THE FOOD was just so heavenly la, yumssss! its quite same but not the same.get wht i mean? heh.. We had Q&A session, and ME!ME ME, was the first to ask the quest infront of all the eyessssss.. scary. BUT.. haha I conquered! +P

Then it led to a great night just getting to know the others and meet and greet session.

After 4 days away from home, it’s been awesome!
From getting lost*shhhhhh. In the beginning to. .
being roomie with Rachael & esther. FuN. We basically made up the noise, esp for the last day(aku&est). HAHAH! And adding to tht, before bed time, I think everyone lameness lvl rose to the max.
Sessions was great.
Many new songs to fall in love with. Haha
Other than that, it was tiring.

surprise surprise.

fine. i decided to blog since comp is back *i havent gone online for the past 2 weeks! woooo! achievement * & all well*although some pics gone missing,hopefully not* , 1 week of exams is over; 3 more days. i only want to see my english and add maths paper :p i got BioLoGy tmr. i haven't read a single page. yay me!

Mother's Day *well, basically every other day is oso mother's day la* heee..
it was good. mom came to church, with family friends. then we went to have lunch in bird park, n have a productive day here*imagine the hyperness of the kids* now. Well, it was good. mom say will accompany how to i explain, family friend to church every week. good news yo! :DD n we're planning a trip end of this month! triple yay! oh yeah, yesterday my dad bought me tops. N wout mom there, he asked whether ill wear it,for when, really a. pay! hehehehhe it was just me and him and sean went mph for dinner. woooo cool huh.

my life is GOOD!if u cut all the life drama in btw, it'll be ex-ce-llent! exam was okay i guess.the result will show it all. ha! oh well, i'm APPRECIATING every single minute! yay me! oh n i got to go out to tgi fridays on wed when i have exams the next day. so excellent right, it was physics the next day somemore.
